I would like my artwork to be on famstore°, how can I make this happen?

famstore° periodically calls for new artists. You can follow us on social media for announcements and apply with your artwork.

 

When will famstore° release new artwork?

Famstore° updates its selection bi-annually. These changes usually occur around spring and fall which means you can expect new artwork around seasonal changes!

 

What does the stamp behind the artwork signify?

Each artist designed a personal stamp to mark their prints. You can think of it as an originality assurance from the artist. This means if a work is not marked with a stamp, you know it is not printed by famstore°!

 

Why do the prints carry a number on them?

Famstore° releases limited prints for each piece of work. The number on the work indicates the number of the print.

 

When will I receive my order?

We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive your order within 3 days after shipment. International orders might take one or two weeks to arrive depending on the country.  

 

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

If the box is damaged, you can file a claim with the delivery firm before signing for it. If only the artwork itself is damaged, you can take a picture of the artwork and fill out this form (Return-WithDrawal Form) to return it to us.

 

Can I return my purchase?

You can use your right of withdrawal to return undamaged artwork. Please fill out this return form and inform us via e-mail or regular mail within 14 days of your purchase. As long as you return the artwork you have purchased within 10 days of informing us, we will refund the purchase price fully to your account.

 

I have received a wrong illustration instead of the one I ordered, what can I do?

You can help us to start the replacement process by sending an e-mail to info@famstore.co We will ask you to return the illustration to us, and we will send the correct artwork(s) to you.
